CENTURIA BASS BACKS MOVE FOR $65M BOUTIQUE DEVELOPMENT IN SYDNEYS EASTERN SUBURBS

Centuria Bass Credit has structured a 67.5% LVR facility to acquire 22 strata lots in Elizabeth Bay, NSW set to be redeveloped into a $65m boutique apartment building. Elizabeth Bay is a blue-chip suburb in the exclusive eastern suburbs of Sydney located within 2km of the CBD.

The strategic acquisition leverages the site’s close proximity to Kings Cross train station, Rushcutters Bay Park, leading private schools and local retail amenities. The Development Approved scheme will deliver a 5-storey building featuring 10 apartments with rooftop communal space. CBC are excited to facilitate this multi-lot acquisition for our borrower, and expand the metropolitan Sydney portfolio.
