Centuria Bass is financing the construction of three buildings set to accommodate 92 apartments in Sydney’s
southwestern growth centre of Edmondson Park, which is expected to see significant development over the next 10
years. Having been through protracted discussions elsewhere, the borrower turned to Centuria Bass to get certainty that
they could capitalise on a fundamentally strong opportunity.
The project will deliver much needed residential accommodation into a Sydney market struggling to meet the competing
demands of affordability, retail amenity and transport proximity. Edmondson Park as a location, and the project itself, will
benefit from meeting these challenges.
