The subject property is earmarked for a mixed-use development with gross realisation value in excess of $23m. The site is within close proximity of the Wollongong City Centre, Wollongong Station and Wollongong beach and has the potential to provide housing for over 700 residents.

Located approximately 68km south of the Sydney CBD, Wollongong is the third largest city in NSW. Population and property market growth in the region has been driven by urban planning initiatives, with $1.3 billion invested in infrastructure developments over the past 4 years as part of the ‘Our Wollongong 2028’ community strategy plan.
