Centuria Bass Credit has provided funding for the acquisition of a $15m land parcel located within a developing residential precinct in Mount Barker, South Australia. On completion, the proposed development will consist of 401 residential lots with approximately 6ha retained as open space.

Mount Barker is a well-established suburb approximately 35km southeast of the Adelaide CBD, and is recognized as one of the fastest-developing regional centres in Australia. The region is experiencing significant growth and is expected to become South Australia’s 2nd biggest city, with the local population expected to more than double by 2035.
