Edmondson Park is an emerging suburb in the NSW government’s South West Priority Growth Area, in close proximity to the new Western Sydney Aerotropolis. The site is conveniently located near the Edmondson Park train station and Ed Square, a new urban town centre development featuring restaurants, shops and community buildings.

The subject property is earmarked for residential development with a gross realisation value in excess of $80m. When completed, the project will provide much-needed housing for more than 2000 residents.
