Centuria Bass has refinanced a portfolio of NSW pubs, structured to fund refurbishment works and extend trade-up support for three operating assets. The
pub portfolio is diversified across locations in Western Sydney and the North Coast of NSW, benefiting from five income streams including food, beverage, retail, gaming and accommodation.


Centuria Bass was able to deliver an $88m facility structured for the specific needs of a very experienced hospitality operator, and we are excited to make a sizeable
investment in this alternative asset class.
