Centuria Bass Credit has financed a 70% LVR residual stock facility in The Ponds, NSW. CBC responded to an existing borrower client’s tight deadline, delivering a $40m settlement in less than two weeks from term sheet issuance. 

The infill residential subdivision is in close proximity to schools, green spaces and retail amenities, benefiting from strong investor and owner-occupier demand.
